Your wellness is important to us.
We envision a world in which every individual feels empowered to express their thoughts, feelings, and desires with others, and is healed enough to pursue their passions.
Our mission is to create a safe place for others to unpack the many facets of their lived experience in hopes of empowering them to embrace and strengthen their favorite version of Self. We hold space for people to explore their dilemmas, process thoughts, and express uncomfortable feelings, which aids in healing internal and relational wounds that may be hindering their autonomy, growth and inner peace.

Services
Our physical and mental health are intertwined and influence our ability to feel well. Mental health challenges affect our mood and energy levels which may influence every aspect of our lives such as relationships and work performance. It is difficult to be present, authentic, and/or productive if we are not feeling our best. Wanting relief, asking for help, and seeking support are signs of strength and growth; you do not have to continue suffering alone because “that’s just the way it is.”
Mindful Perceptions mostly serves individual adults and couples. In-person and video sessions are available. You can read more about the differences in services below. You can also skip to the FAQs or learn more about us by following these links.
Individual Therapy
If you are reading this, chances are you are tired of feeling the way you do and need something in your life to change. Sometimes having someone be present with you and genuinely listen to your inner dialogue can make a huge impact. Counseling provides a sounding board for you to work through what you’re experiencing without judgment or blame. Keep reading for FAQs and common misconceptions about counseling.
Couples Therapy
Society puts a lot of pressure on couples to be happy. Other pressures such as busy schedules, unrealistic expectations, and unspoken thoughts/feelings can lead to misunderstandings or conflict. Seemingly simple comments can trigger deep rooted wounds. Learning new communication skills and about your partner’s love language (and your own) can be a game changer. If you have hope and you are both committed, things can change.
